These terms of service (hereinafter "the Terms") govern access to and use of the website www.innovaplus.be (hereinafter "the Site"), published by Innovaplus SRL, a Belgian company registered under company number BE 0681.892.974 (hereinafter "Innovaplus", "we", "our" or "us").

By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site is intended to present the custom digital development services offered by Innovaplus and to allow visitors to submit a consultation request via a contact form. Submitting a form does not constitute a contractual commitment on the part of Innovaplus.

The consultation form allows visitors to submit a contact request by providing information such as company name, email, phone, estimated budget and project description.

  • Submitting a form does not constitute an order or contractual commitment
  • Innovaplus undertakes to process your request as soon as possible

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
